Lil Mys Ninja: Please Support Me In The American Cancer Society 2012 Relay for Life!

This year, over 1.4 million Americans will hear the words "You have cancer". At Relay For Life we celebrate loved ones who have won their battle against cancer, remember those who are no longer with us, and fight back against this disease that touches so many. There are several friends that have been touched and affected by cancer. I relay for all of my friends and family that have to go through the battle. I relay for them and their families. I relay so that hopefully one day we will find a cure. In honor of them, I will be walking on April 20, 2012 in the 2012 Relay for Life of Downtown Columbia, SC.

At the event, our team will camp out overnight for 12 hours and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness! I really need your help to meet the challenge of meeting my fundraising goal. However, my challenge is nothing in comparison to the challenge that so many children and adults have to face 24 hours a day once diagnosed with cancer. I feel blessed to be part of such an important cause.

Last year, we were "Chris's Crusaders", but realized that for many cancer patients and survivors, a little humor and laughter can go a long way. We have always loved Chris just the way he is -- before cancer, and after. By embracing the changes that have come his way, Chris is an inspiration to us all. This year, in his honor, we are "The One Nut Wonders"!
